Youth and Homelessness ServicesCORE Community Services Youth Service provides a range of services for young people aged 12 to 25 years living in South West Sydney local government areas. Services offered include:Drug and Alcohol Project - provides case management, prevention and early intervention programs and activities which aim to reduce drug and alcohol abuse and use a harm minimisation approach. Multicultural Youth Support Project - provides educational and recreational programs and access to mainstream services for young refugees and newly arrived migrants. The project works with culturally and linguistically diverse young people, young people from Indigenous backgrounds and young people with disabilities. Upfront Youth Program– One of our newest programs which provides support to young people between the ages of 12 to 24 years with a specific focus on under 18 years who are at risk of being homeless, or who are homeless. The program has: Early Intervention support, Intensive Casework support, Employment and Education Support, Transitional and Crisis accommodation for young people and covers Fairfield, Liverpool, Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly and Wingecaribee districts.
